Build Your Arms in 3 Minutes
Sometimes you just want to give your guns a little extra love. That’s why Todd Durkin, C.S.C.S., author of musclemorphosis.com created this challenge to put your arm strength and endurance to the test.
It’s simple. Pick up some medium-heavy dumbbells. Perform 10 curls with your left arm, while you hold your right at a 90-degree angle. Without resting, switch to perform 10 curls on your right arm, holding your left at a 90-degree angle. Finally, perform 10 curls with both arms at the same time.
After you’re done with the curls, immediately transition to perform 10 triceps kickbacks to sizzle the backside of your arm instead of resting so you get musclemorphosis.com. That’s 1 round. Perform 3 rounds total.
