After I posted that on the musclemorphosis.com I went and trained at Gold's Gym on Peachtree St. in Atlanta - solid.

1A) Pullups
1B) BB Lunges

2A) Hammer Chest Press (for the fun of it)
2B) RDL's

3A) UH bodyweight rows
3B) DB Triceps Extensions
3C) DB Biceps Curls

Good times.
