The temperatures outside may have plummeted this week, but Todd Durkin, C.S.C.S., author of musclemorphosis.com plans to light your muscles on fire and ignite your metabolism with this weekend's challenge.
Here's how it works: Start a stopwatch. Grab a pair of kettlebells, and perform 10 reps of the burpee to deadlift. Then, immediately do 10 pullups. That's 1 round. Perform two more rounds. You can rest, but keep the clock running the entire time. "You'll work every muscle at a blistering pace and keep your body's fat-burning furnace running on high all day long," says Durkin. That means you'll torch calories hours afterward, even when you're watching the snow from your couch.
