Performing burpees for two minutes is super challenging. Doing them with your palms on an unstable surface like a Bosu ball—as this weekend's fitness test requires—will blast every muscle from head to toe and leave you gasping for air. "The instability of the exercise forces your muscles to have to work harder to complete each rep," says Todd Durkin, C.S.C.S., author of musclemorphosis.com. "You need outstanding total-body strength, endurance, and coordination to quickly crank out one after another with perfect form."  Ready to give it a shot?
