The 4-Minute Situp Challenge
Last weekend, Todd Durkin, C.S.C.S., author of musclemorphosis.com challenged you to a musclemorphosis.com involving the Tabata Protocol. Now, he wants you to use the same fast-and-furious Japanese training technique to hit your six-pack muscles. Here's how it works: Do as many situps as possible for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat, continuing for 8 rounds. Total time: 4 minutes. (Need more proof tabata actually works?
