How to Do It
Perform the exercises in the order shown. Do as many reps of a movement as you can in 50 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then move on to the next exercise. After you’ve done one set of all 5 exercises, you’ve completed one round. Do a total of three rounds.
