What is MH60?
MH60 is musclemorphosis.com, a 4-DVD fitness program. World-renowned fitness expert David Jack combines the latest science of fat loss, athletic conditioning, strength training, and cardiovascular fitness—for a never-before-program that will help you demolish belly-fat, sculpt your chest, shoulders, and arms, and supercharge your metabolism.
What kind of equipment do I need?
All that’s required is a couple of pair of dumbbells and a large towel. It’s always nice to have a range of dumbbells, but if you have a pair of 20s or 25s, and a pair of 10s, you’ll be able to do most everything, and get an awesome workout. You only use the towel a couple of times, but you’ll want to keep it handy to wipe sweat with anyway.
How many workouts are there?
There are a total of 9 workouts in this program, which make it one of the best values on the DVD market.
How often do I work out?
With this program, you’ll exercise 3 to 6 days a week. The main plan requires just 3 days a week—every other day—but if you’d like to add extra activity on your “off” days, we’ve created a bonus workout that allows you to do just that.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts in the main plan range from 26 to 34 minutes. The bonus workout is just under 20 minutes. (The workouts are listed in the next answer.)
How does it all work?
The 60-Day program is divided into three 3-week phases—which you’ll find on Discs 1, 2, and 3. For each phase, simply alternate between the provided routines three to four days a week, resting at least a day between each. Want to do more? On Disc 4, you’ll find a bonus workout: Free Flow Fitness. Here are the details for each disc.
Disc 1: Day 1 to Day 14
For Disc 1, alternate back and forth between the two workouts below for 14 days. Rest at least a day between workouts. Your goal: Complete 6 to 7 total workouts in those first 14 days. You’ll also find a 9-minute cooldown on this disc. Use it after each workout to speed recovery and improve mobility.
Workout 1: Fat Frying Fury (33 minutes)

Disc 2: Day 15 to Day 36
For Disc 2, alternate between the three workouts below for 22 days. Rest at least a day between each workout. So you might do Crush and Burn Complexes on Monday, 50/10 Mayhem on Wednesday, and Insane Isometrics on Friday. Then you’d start over with Crush on Burn Complexes on Sunday or Monday. Your goal: Complete 10 to 11 total workouts in this phase of the program. You’ll also find an 8-minute cooldown on this disc. Use it after each workout to speed recovery and improve mobility.
Workout 1: Crush and Burn Complexes (26 minutes)
Workout 2: 50/10 Mayhem (30 minutes)
Workout 3: Insane Isometrics (28 minutes)
Disc 3: Day 37 to Day 60
For Disc 2, alternate between the three workouts below for 24 days. Rest at least a day between each workout. So you might do Diabolical Duos on Monday, Cyclone Circuits on Wednesday, and 60 Second Scorchers on Friday. Then you’d start over with Diabolical Duos on Sunday or Monday. Your goal: Complete 12 total workouts (do each workout 3 times) in this phase of the program. You’ll also find a 9-minute cooldown on this disc. Use it after each workout to speed recovery and improve mobility.
Workout 1: Diabolical Duos (28 minutes)
Workout 2: Cyclone Circuits (34 minutes)
Workout 3: 60 Second Scorchers (32 minutes)
Disc 4: Free Flow Fitness
You can use this 20-minute workout during any of the phases. Simply perform it on any “rest” day to burn even more calories, speed recovery, and improve your mobility.
