We put ourselves through the ringer yesterday, and we still have another 20 workouts to film today, including some Strength and Muscle Accelerators. Oh baby, it's going to be serious.
We'll be at Xtreme Results in Lapeer, Michigan, with Certified Turbulence Trainer, Mike Whitfield, and the owner of the gym, the "Human Dynamo", Certified Turbulence Trainer, Brian Kalakay. These guys are warriors. You should see the workouts I'm putting them through.
