Jumps, Cleans, Squat, Bench
Heading to Dallas today and will be training at a hotel gym on Friday...so I needed to do all of the barbell exercises from workouts C & D of my program today.
Depth Jumps, Hang Cleans, Front Squat, Incline Bench.
