Travel day today as I head back to Toronto. Here's the workout I did yesterday at Nick's Pro Fitness in Evergreen, Colorado.

Squats, glute ham raises, lunges, stability ball ab planks. Good little gym. Great area for bootcamps. Good trainers too, they knew what's what.
