My friend John DuCane from musclemorphosis.com sent me a book called "Convict Conditioning". It's a great bodyweight training resource.
There were quite a few exercises I'm not yet doing in my programs, so it gave me a lot of fresh ideas.
I'll be adding close stance bodyweight squats, more jumps, the "lying on your back no-equipment rowing exercise", knee tuckins, and more bridging.
The only problem is that I can't find where to buy this book online. When I do, I'll let me you know. The book shows you how to work up to perfect one arm pushups, one arm pullups, handstand pushups, pistols, and straight leg raises.
