No training for me today. I will, however, ride my bike across town for a chiropractor appointment and a haircut. Tomorrow I'm going to do a deadlift workout before my flight to Cancun. Heading down to a small fitness conference for a few days before stopping in Las Vegas on the way home for bigger fitness conference. Good times.
